seeks a Digital Product Catalog Archivist for their client, a leading
online destination for home decor. This company connects design inspiration
with beautiful and creative home goods, designer and vintage items you won’t
find anywhere else. The Digital Product Catalog Archivist will assist
with an ongoing project.
Position Overview:
The
Digital Product Catalog Archivist position offers a hands-on experience with an
amazing eCommerce startup. This is a great opportunity for an eager entry level
professional to grow within an exciting, rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
·
Visual
review of image archive to ensure organization and correct cataloging of all
previously sold products
·
Maintaining
the physical and digital collection; incorporating current materials,
researching, tagging, and organizing materials
·
Assisting
with the implementation of a new product database
·
Filing,
archiving, organizing inventory, and updating products and materials
·
Basic
administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
·
0-2
years experience- preferably out of retail or eCommerce
·
Strong
interest in eCommerce and interior design- relevant experience strongly
preferred
·
Extremely
detail oriented and organized with good judgment to recognize trends
·
Proficient
in Excel skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs
·
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
·
Team
player that thrives in fast paced environment
·
Must
have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
·
Have the
ability to be resourceful, prioritize, and problem solve
