Intranet Content Manager, Moody’s – NY
This position supports the global internal communications team and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. As an intranet content manager, the candidate will have strong experience with corporate intranets, preferably SharePoint, and have an interest in online communications. The successful candidate will be an experienced communicator who is technically savvy. Flexibility is key.
* Liaise between the Internal Communications team and MIT/ vendor on matters requiring support
* Liaise between the Internal Communications team and content providers on governance, content and support issues
* Apply governance standards
* Provide basic technical support to content providers
* Manage permissioning / access for content providers
* Manage annual / semiannual content audit
* Manage flow of communications requests from content owners and track all incoming requests and current projects
* Assist with internal events as needed
* Other duties as required
* BA or BS required
* 2-3 years previous experience working in a corporate environment preferable
* Experience managing websites, preferably internal-facing
* Knowledge of best practices for content providers
* Technical acuity
* Project management experience
* Relationship management skills
* Team player, capable of working in a highly collaborative environment
* Practical knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite
* Web development and coding a plus
