F/T - Library Director, Brookdale Comm Coll (NJ)

Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ is seeking a Director of its Bankier Library.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Plan, direct and manage Library and Information Commons activities including services, resources, facilities, equipment, faculty and staff at all locations and in support of all
delivery modes.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Masters Degree accredited by the American Library Association required. Five years experience in the administration of library activities. In depth knowledge and experience in the use of information technology in the delivery of library services. Excellent organizational and analytical ability. Computer literacy skills at a intermediate level with the demonstrated ability to utilize and apply Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as specialized software programs and computer
applications essential to the position, including but not limited, to the College’s ERP. Minimum of three years supervisory experience required. Evening and weekend work required as necessary.

SALARY:  Annual Salary Range $85,203 - $97,983 with benefits.
