Primary Responsibilities:
1. Leads the planning and implementation of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
2. Works with providers and end users to address workflow, usability, and physician satisfaction issues.
3. Assesses user competencies and develops lesson plans to train existing and new clinical super users, physicians and end users, including new features and enhancements on upgrade releases.
4. Keeps current with features and enhancements on new software releases.
5. Manages and prioritizes all system issues including third party interfaces, submission to Health Information Exchanges (HIE), and other quality repositories such as GIquIC.

Required Skills:
1. Minimum if 1-3 years in an healthcare setting.
2. High School Diploma required
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Extremely organized and resourceful
5. Ability to communicate well with staff, including the management team.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Knowledge of computer and office equipment.
