Responsibilities:
•
The candidate will assist with establishing and maintaining
documentation, databases, technical libraries and automated systems that
support the activities organization.
•
Technical library support will involve data/document search and
retrieval, generating accession reports, tracking action item status and
due dates, consolidating inputs for various organizations into a single
final report, developing and maintaining files and disposing of outdated or superseded material, and material distribution and reproduction.
• The candidate will assist with the distribution of materials and information within the organization.
•
The candidate will assist with performing editorial and quality
assurance review of documentation, and maintain files of technical and
programmatic documentation.
• Efforts also include tracking and reviewing contract deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Requirements:
•
Must have 3 or more years of experience with maintaining a technical
library and using databases to maintain inventory of documents.
•
Experience with tracking and review of contractual deliverables
(CDRLs). Must be able to interface with senior Navy personnel.
• Must have experience with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Must be able to successfully obtain an Active Security Clearance – Secret Level
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or HS with 8 additional year of experience
