Job Reference # 84150BR Location United States - New Jersey City Weehawken Function Category Legal and Compliance Business Divisions Corporate Center Job Type Full Time Description The successful candidate will report to the Head of Group Information Management and Discovery Services (IMDS). This is a global role supporting the IMDS team in US, Zurich & Basel CH, and any other future locations. This candidate will be responsible for managing the following elements: program and project management, reporting, policy, process, and procedure improvement effort coordination, communications, department-and-firm wide initiatives, assist with Information Governance strategy development, and to work with Finance on budget forecasting & management, business case development, financial reporting, and other such activities. Successful performance is critical to the success of the run-the-bank and change-the-bank initiatives the candidate supports. The successful candidate will also be involved in providing business management support as appropriate to management team as outlined below: • Program and Project Management - Project reviews and dashboarding of programs and projects across the IMDS aggregate portfolio of work; development of executive, program, and project level reporting highlighting RAG and RID status • Communications – Develop strategy in conjunction with implementing wider communications plan; execute strategy • Department-wide Initiatives – Reporting; ORF2; Information Lifecycle Management (including Records Management) and Discovery process fulfillment health checks • Information Governance Strategy – work with the Head of Group IMDS to develop an Information Governance strategy and associated transformation plan for the firm • Financials Budget coordination; Work with Finance to oversee development Forecast reviews with functional budget holders; Invoice Tracking Requirements • Four year degree (BA/BS) or international equivalent in IT, Economics, Finance or Business Administration • MBA a plus • Some travel may be required • Minimum 10 years experience covering • Financial accounting and/or financial analysis supporting global function or department • Portfolio/Project Management • Sourcing initiatives to offshore locations • Large scale, global organization Our Offering UBS can offer you an environment geared towards performance, attractive career opportunities, and an open corporate culture that values and rewards the contribution of every individual.
