(1) Primary role will be to execute a defined process to clean-up/organize the MDM Quickr database to ensure appropriate documentation is filed to support the objectives and results of MDM Phase 1 Collection Systems, Phase 2 Assets, Phase 3 Spiral Testing, and Phase 3 CoRe MDM;
(2) as requested, compile weekly MDM status reports;
(3) as requested, participate in the updating of MDM risk registers and related documentation;
(4) as requested, participate in general MDM Project Management Office (PMO) activities.
Candidates MUST HAVE the following Experience/Skills: Working knowledge of Lotus Notes/Quickr and Microsoft Office, strong documentation/librarian standards knowledge, be a high calibre communicator, a strong organizer, a self-starter, a quick thinker, have the ability to collaborate and coordinate activities with diverse groups, have a professional project/office demeanor. Also, Candidates should have general office skills, report writing/editing skills.
Lotus Notes/Quickr and Microsoft Office
Candidates with a Computer or Business Degree is preferable. Candidates should have at least 2 years Experience.
