SharePoint Mgr, Concepts in Staffing – NY

Concepts in Staffing seeks an Enterprise Content Management, SharePoint Manager for a client in New York City.

The client has begun an Enterprise Content Management project whereby it will identify the necessary time every document must be kept and enforce this time schedule. It has been determined that the documents will be stored and managed in SharePoint. This persons responsibility is to assist the business in implementing this project in SharePoint. Additionally the client is looking at other ways to use SharePoint so this person will be heavily involved in those discussions and projects that come out of them. Major duties but are not limited to:
  • Project management.
  • Gathering, coordinating and understanding end-user requirements to develop effective solutions.
  • Documenting SharePoint related processes and procedures.
  • 3-5 years of solid SharePoint 2010 experience
  • Experience with SharePoint 2013 a plus.
  • Hands-on capability and experience in Microsoft .NET platforms and technologies (ASP.NET, general .NET development, Silverlight, XML/XSLT, IIS 7.0, PerformancePoint Server, WCF, WPF, and SQL Server 2008) .
  • Experience with front-end web development using valid XHTML, JavaScript, Jquery, and CSS for positioning.
  • Experience using SharePoint Designer.
  • Experience with SharePoint Search and FAST Search.
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2010 and the .NET 3.5 framework (i.e. Language Integrated Query).
  • Experience with workflow creation both out of the box, SharePoint Designer 2010, Visual Studio 2010 and Bamboo Workflow Conductor.
  • Building and implementing dashboards.
  • Experience using InfoPath, Forms Services, Excel Services, Search, Business Data Catalog and (WCF) Web Services.
  • Knowledge of role-based Identity and Access Management, Active Directory authentication, Classic Windows Authentication, Forms Based Authentication (FBA) and group security as it applies to SharePoint.
