Hospital Library Services Program Manager
Southeastern NY Library Resources Council (SENYLRC)
The Southeastern NY Library Resources Council is looking for a Hospital Library Services Manager. This is a permanent part-time position (25 hours/week) responsible for coordinating the Hospital Library Services Program, budget, and all related services, including the Medical Information Services Program. The manager is a professional consultant to libraries in participating hospitals, manages several websites for the libraries, negotiates and purchases electronic resources, and oversees the integrated library systems in conjunction with other SENYLRC staff.
Required:
• MLS or equivalent from an ALA-accredited institution.
• Excellent project management skills including planning and budgeting.
• Ability to initiate and maintain programs and services to meet member needs.
