F/T - Library/Tech Assistant - PS6 (Manhattan)

PS6, a public elementary (K-5) school in Manhattan, is looking for a full-time library/tech assistant for the 2015-2016 school year. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring school library media specialist who is tech savvy and creative. Responsibilities will include working with the school librarian to implement a strong media program, collaborating with/assisting teachers both in their classrooms and the computer lab as they integrate technology into their curriculum, and maintaining equipment throughout the building (iPads, laptops, desk tops, Smartboards, etc.).
