Specific Responsibilities | Community College of Philadelphia seeks to hire Adjunct Librarians, for the Spring 2014 semester, to provide public service activities at busy reference desk in a culturally diverse community college library. Librarians will also be expected to provide information literacy instruction when requested. Adjunct faculty may be asked to work at one or more campus locations. Evening hours available. |
Minimum Qualifications | Qualified applicants must have an ALA-accredited MLS degree; strong interpersonal skills; knowledge of general resources and interviewing skills; demonstrated experience with electronic databases, instruction, library automation, and an articulated philosophy of teaching. |
