Responsibilities:
Provide complex
business and legal research relating to finance and corporate transactions to
attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff in all offices. Share
information and advice with attorneys and research professionals. Track deals
and assist Business Development with deal-related information. Monitor case
law, legislation, publications and SEC filings and apprise of developments in
the field.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
with excellent academic credentials. Thorough knowledge of secondary research
resources and corporate documents. Ability to apply source knowledge to
research projects and to work independently with minimal supervision as well as
part of a team. Excellent research as well as oral and written communication
skills. MLS or related law firm or corporate experience.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience
