Experis is looking to hire a Content Strategist in New
York, New York. As a Content Strategist, the candidate will be
primarily responsible for providing informed expertise, support and
solutions in the following core areas:
Content requirements identification
Content solution design and implementation
Editorial standards definition and content authoring
Content migration planning and execution
Content publishing and operational support.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:
Serve as central point person to manage content production, cataloging (by producing content and site inventories) and publishing of all digital content.
Partner with usability experts, business strategists and technologists to envision and design and deliver breakthrough content innovations that deliver true business value.
Gather and assess existing content and create the process and plan to make it useable in all needed formats, lengths, etc.
Execute the content plan and modify existing content and get it ready to be posted and published on the intranet.
Understand the interdependencies to the operational impact of content scope; document relationships between different content types and strive for efficiency and sustainability.
Assess external content sources, determine when these sources are needed based on the release schedule, and how to efficiently incorporate these sources into the operational flow.
Develop and document processes to take delivery of content, track approvals, and usage.
Consider the many dimensions of online content: from messaging strategy to content production, and from informational structure to metadata management.
Constantly drive innovation by staying current with technology, trends, and new ideas for content management and process improvements
Qualifications/Requirements:
