Operations Manager for Online Retailer, Decorative Things
Help retailer set up Operations Systems and Oversee back end warehouse fulfillment activities.
-Set up inventory system, sku system (aka cataloging, excel, and indexing)
-Manage
Shipping and Pick and Pack fulfillment area—i.e. making sure all orders
are prioritized and shipped accurately in a timely manner, inventory is
kept up to date and
in stock. Going onto multiple websites and managing orders with
taxonomy etc.
-Managing Shipping Costs and logistics with UPS and USPS shipping carriers.
Library Science and Information skills would be especially helpful as there is a large amount of data to be managed.
Skills: Organization, Operations, Data Management, Logistics
Experience with Online Retailer, Pick and Pack or Inventory Systems helpful but not required.
