Records and Information Management Specialist, Booz Allen & Hamilton – PA

Booz Allen & Hamilton is looking for a Records and Information Management Specialist. This is a Junior level position, based in Philadelphia.

Key Role:
Provide a federal client with information management and records management support. Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and the rest of a team around their RM or IM needs. Provide data entry, management, or quality support for various internal and client-specific databases. Provide cataloging and imaging of documents and interact regularly with clients and colleagues. Perform direct troubleshooting and training support to clients in the use of EPA RM or IM specific databases and facilitate help tickets, as necessary. Complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, ensure that the highest quality of work is provided and that deadlines are met, and assist with the development and execution of standards and guidance documents for RIC operations.


Basic Qualifications:
-Ability to be adaptable, self-motivated individual to work in a collaborative team environment
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with records management or the operations of a library
-Possession of excellent presentation, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and client service skills
