Knowledge Manager Position:
In this position, you play a critical role in capturing knowledge within frog and sharing it in a systematic way with our creative, strategy, technology, business development and executive teams. You will work closely with all organizations to gather and catalog creative assets, press materials, case studies, client proposals, presentations and method samples. You will also manage the company’s widely used Asset Library and collaborate closely with creative and IT to evolve the platform’s user experience.
This position can be based in New York, San Francisco, Seattle or Austin.
The Contribution:
- Work with IT to create and manage asset directories on our intranet
- Support Creative Development curriculum by gathering and organizing materials related to marketing, client and internal programs
- Recognize key areas of the company intranet to support new materials
- Track user permissions to access and share sensitive materials
- Maintain a rolling version of historical frog materials and portfolio
