Web Content Manager, Mountain LTD – NJ
-Ensure websites are up to date with relevant information
-Work with cross functional teams to encourage and train them to take ownership of their data and to post items as necessary
-Ensures web pages are created according to Verizon branding standards
-Monitors web site use and trends
-Maintains version control of web site
-To ensure that the site meets the requirements of users, review website statistics and monitor usage and traffic levels. Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website.
Required skills:
• Web content management systems to manage text, images, and documents, and knowledge of web layout
• Web authoring skills
• Experience with HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Web analytics knowledge and experience
• Working knowledge and experience with Photoshop and/or Dreamweaver
• Familiarity with the Drupal platform
• Experience with using social media tools to engage employees and increase traffic to our current intranet site
• Project/Program Management (desired)
