- Generate and direct content for digital projects
- Provide editorial support on all content and ensure consistent voice
- Coordinate the development, collection and delivery of content from website stakeholders
- Curate, create and edit required site imagery, video and related assets
- Plan the implementation of required web development and manage schedule and budget through the execution
- Managing expectations regarding schedule and feature priorities
- Coordinate routine site maintenance and management of ongoing change requests;
- Establish process for requests and maintenance where needed
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft product(s) knowledge is required as well as project coordination and customer /client service experience.
- Requires the ability to take an idea, conduct research as necessary and write honest and informative article, blog post, email or website page.
- Requires the ability to understand how digital direct marketing programs correlate with overall department and corporate marketing strategies.
- Requires the ability to creatively solve problems while managing multiple projects.
- Requires the ability to process time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions on this data, and to effectively communicate the related required actions to others.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive web design necessary.
- Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript and database technology a plus.
- Experience with WordPress and Opencart template development also a plus.
