Overview:
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of the positioning of the products and services of CAS versus the competition
• Be able to clearly communicate the context of a client’s valuation and shareholder base from historical, current and potentially pro-forma in the event of a transaction
• Provide up-to-date stock surveillance for client companies including stock price activity, volume, news impacting stock, broader market activity drivers, institutional activity, and technical analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Become a sector-specific analyst working with multiple leading companies in a given sector.
• Work as an extension of your client’s investor relations office, assisting them with all investor relations initiatives including shareholder targeting, benchmarking, competitive intelligence, etc.
• Perform quality control on outgoing client work
• Be able to produce all recurring client work with no oversight and special projects or ad hoc analysis with little oversight
• Assist group leader in the day-to-day management of the team addressing specific client and employee issues

Education:
B.S. or B.A. desired, but not necessary
Required Skills:
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining effective customer relationships. • Strong analytical reasoning.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Exhibit ambition, confidence and professionalism necessary to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Operate effectively as a team player.
• Ability to multi-task simultaneous projects.
• Strong project management skills.
• A demonstrated interest in Wall Street and the stock market.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
