Mgr. Training and Knowledge Management
Holbrook, NY
The purpose of this role is to develop, implement and measure contact center training programs and create/manage an internal associate knowledge base.
Responsibilities:
• Design training content.
• Evaluate media for content delivery.
• Design testing methodology and evaluation tools.
• Partner with contact center teams to develop training timelines.
• Partner with other NBTY departments to identify best practices in training content development, delivery and measurement.
• Assist in new CRM selection and knowledge base design.
• Manage knowledge base articles.
• Communicate new knowledge base content to associates in Holbrook, NY, and Carbondale, IL.
• Build partnerships with Merchandising, Catalog, E-Commerce, Finance, Operations and Compliance to keep knowledge base content relevant.
• Leadership on the contact center floor – uphold the NBTY operating principles and values
Experience:
• The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience leading a training and knowledge management team.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and possess extreme attention to detail with an ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills required. Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated with a strong aptitude for learning new technology and tools.
• Must have experience designing and implementing a knowledge base.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Skills:
• MS Office – Excel, Word, & Powerpoint
• Knowledge base design
• Strong written/verbal/presentation skills
• Highly organized
