Position Description:
The Digital Media Specialist will partner closely with our creative
teams in the creation and distribution of EILEEN FISHER video content.
This position will also be responsible for the technical side of video
presentation, deploying and maintaining all related technology.

Reports to: Technical Services Manager
Has Contact with: Merchandising, Web, Social Consciousness, Learning, Leadership & Development, Product Development, Marketing, Wholesale Sales, Internal Communications, and Store Operations

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Digital deployment and distribution of videos, graphics, stills, training and store event-specific requests for retail and wholesale partners
- Testing, troubleshooting, and updating of video loops
- Formatting videos for multiple platforms including; web, intranet, and DVD’s
- DVD duplication: one offs for events or training purposes
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of video production equipment and software – troubleshoot when necessary
- Contributes to the overall operation of the video communication unit including record keeping (video library) and other administrative work
- Scheduling of content and distribution
- New Player registration – set up and delivery (shipment) to retail locations
- First tier support and liaison, including ticket submission and management
- TV support (including monitor replacement management), cabling and overall installation and coordination

- Required Experience

Required Experience:
Candidate must have experience with creative video editing and motion
graphic design. Experience and understanding of Digital Asset Management
platforms is necessary. Candidate must also have experience editing and
optimizing video for mobile and streaming platforms. Exposure to
production and content optimization, using various codes and video
production applications, including:
- Final Cut
- Premier
- After Effects
- QuickTime Pro (familiarity is a must)
Desired Experience: Candidate will be the liaison between creative departments and IT, so strong communication skills are highly desired. The candidate should also be a creative thinker. Preferably, the candidate will have had prior experience working with designers and creative teams.
