Job description:
An exciting opportunity in a unique, in-agency innovation start-up that identifies, develops, tests, and prototypes products that are grounded in business viability and market desirability.
Responsibilities
· Support Research Director of group focused on new product and service innovation -
o Contribute to research design and reporting. Manage research logistics and execution.
o Conduct secondary research, using web search and syndicated research.
o Maintain research library.
o Prepare meeting reports.
o Coordinate financial processes.
o Manage research-related travel for client and research team.
Requirements
· 1-2 years market research experience, preferably with a research supplier
· Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and best practices
· Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights into consumer behavior. Intellectual curiosity and desire to dig deep into consumer motivations and behaviors.
· Strong web search capabilities
· Ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively
· Must be happy in a fast-paced environment and able to work on multiple projects and set priorities.
· Strong attention to detail and fanatic about quality
· Some travel may be required.
