Vanguard Virtual Knowledge Librarian
Responsibilities
• Create and implement a Content Governance Strategy with input from the Content Governance Team- Categorizing all content that is produced pre-launch to launch
- Identifying all content owners / stakeholders of the content
- Designing a content infrastructure / where content should be posted
• Ensure Integrity of Vanguard Site Navigation and Search Tools
- Ensure site navigation and content is updated to reflect changing business needs
- Work with Search team to ensure the Search tool is properly functioning and that it is updated to reflect new business needs
- Provide training to users
• Manage Communication, Change Management, and User Groups
- Manage site feedback questions and comments regarding content and process
- Form user groups and monthly check in to understand usage, issues and suggestions
- Manage monthly check in with champions and ambassadors
- Manage the membership of these groups and identify new potential members
- Gather and promote success stories from user groups, champions and ambassadors
- Organize bi-annual award to encourage knowledge sharing behaviors across markets.

sponsor in Central NJ. 12 month contract with option to be extended.
