Digital Asset Manager, Ogilvy PR (NY)

Ogilvy Public Relations is seeking a Digital Asset Manager.

Role Overview:
The digital asset manager will work with our in-house production team (Eyepatch Productions) to support content management efforts within Ogilvy. Primary responsibilities include uploading assets with metadata and proper file naming conventions, creating workflows, and overseeing the asset management process.
  • Maintaining and creating workflows to ensure receipt of new assets
  • Overseeing and coordinating the technical processes for ingestion, transcoding, and distribution of multimedia content
  • Creating and preserving metadata standards
  • Trouble-shooting system errors
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Managing encoding staff
  • Routinely providing outreach and instruction across the organization.
  • 2-3 years experience in Media Asset Management or advanced knowledge of image, audio, and video formats, codecs, and capture processes
  • Advanced search, database, and project management experience a plus
  • Masters in Library Science preferred
