The Board of Trustees of the Worth Pinkham Memorial Library, located in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ, is seeking an innovative, energetic, and motivated Library Director for a community of 4100. Application Deadline = January 23

- Prepares and administers the budget
- Staff development and education
- Works with the Board of Trustees to achieve the goals set forth in the Strategic Plan
- Networks with the schools and the community
- An ALA accredited MLS and a New Jersey Professional Librarian’s Certificate
- Proficiency with library technology
- Excellent customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in collection development and management
- Administrative experience
- Building experience a plus
- Salary commensurate with qualifications and the NJLA Salary Guidelines.
