Web Content Coordinator, Creative Group Agency – NY

Creative Group is seeking a Web Content Coordinator for its client in White Plains, NY. You will be Responsible for maintaining, updating and monitoring the integrity of websites. You will identify, receive and troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, cross-browser issues and user website problems.

Daily Maintenance, Analytics, SEO & Content Management:

Oversee full functionality of sites

Identify, receive and trouble shoot bugs, performance issues, cross-browser issues and user website problems.

Work closely with off-site website developers to correct issues.

Collaborate with programmers/development team in rolling out new features, educating and training users, testing implementation, and recommend fixes and improvements

Interact with various departments to assure site content is accurate and up-to-date

Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist on marketing initiatives

Maintain/renew site content on websites via CMS

Work closely with Graphic Designers to update sites for new product launches and promotions

Maintain daily missing image report and update site images when needed

Review daily reports of file uploads to assure all files are loading properly

Create new pages as required to promote events or information

Analyze site reporting and Google Analytics to track performance, prepare management summary reports on performance.

Link Analysis: including opportunities, broken links, redirects, cross linking and inbound linking.

Experience: Qualifications:

Coordination,Web Optimization,Digital,Cascade Styling Sheets – CSS,HTML

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can think on your feet

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 1-3 years experience similar in nature to the position responsibilities.

Basic CSS, HTML coding skills and experience

Naturally organized with a high level of attention to detail

Familiar with social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram & mobile design frameworks

Experience with web-based marketing tools such as SEO, ad words and social media marketing

Proven success in raising website visibility in the Google search engine

Experience working with cross browser compatibility

A background in online marketing and/or website development is preferred
