Our client a top global consulting firm requires an experienced TMT researcher to support their industry leading technology practice. This is a senior hands on research role working directly with the practice leadership supporting the practice growth through market and competitor intelligence, insightful bid support and opportunity identification.
In order to be suitable you must have experience of carrying out research on the high tech area of TMT. This role will be in either New York or Silicon Valley. This role would suit someone from a background analysing a wide range of ‘technology companies’ rather than having been very specialised in trends concerning one technology area.
The key stakeholders for this role are the global TMT practice leadership. Please note this is not a client facing consultancy position, this role supports a senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide competitor and market intelligence to the TMT practice
- Identify and review new business opportunities for the practice by identifying prospects and using your research skills and tools to evaluate opportunities for the practice leadership
- Carry out insightful analysis on sector trends in relation to industry, legal, business and economic issues impacting the sector
- Identify and manage sources for best TMT industry data
