Your responsibilities as Temporary Library Relations Assistant
• Daily administrative tasks such as reserving conference rooms, generating reports or updating PLI PLUS contract spreadsheet.
• Interfacing with customers’ in-person, phone, and email.
• Supporting customer retention of PLI PLUS and print subscribers.
• Assisting with execution of PLI PLUS usage campaigns.
• Creating and updating documentation and training guides to support the department and PLI.
• Other duties, as assigned.
Qualified candidates will have
• Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced Academic Credentials or MLS a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; previous customer facing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities and work on multiple projects at once.
• A flexible, team player attitude, willing to provide support on various projects as needed.
• The ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday for the duration of the temp assignment.
