We are seeking a seasoned research professional who is well versed
in securities and legal research. This is a day position for an individual
with recent search experience and excellent Lexis/Nexis skills as
well as all financial databases and advanced knowledge of SEC
documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
. MLS a must
. Recent legal and financial database experience a must
. Familiarity with corporate precedent research, pull cases, statutes and
Legislative documents.
. Ability to multi-task
. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
