Metropolitan
College of New York (MCNY), an innovative, non-profit college that
provides a unique educational model, driven by its social justice
mission,

digital presence of the MCNY Library, including online instruction, as
well as representing the library on college committees related to
technology. At both locations the I/DSL will provide
deep, student-centered reference support, develop and teach in-class
critical information literacy sessions, (both standalone classes and as
part of our growing embedded instruction program) and assist with
collection development, library programming, maintaining
e-resources, copy cataloging and assessment initiatives. Everyone in
our library works together to foster a culture of collaboration,
empowerment and critical thinking.
