Knowledge Manager Data and Analytics, KPMG – NJ

KPMG is currently seeking a Knowledge Manager Data and Analytics, to join our Knowledge Management team in our Montvale, NJ office.Responsibilities:

Understand and be able to articulate the strategic direction (content strategy and plan) and objectives of the Data and Analytics program and how it supports the broader KPMG strategy.
Serve as a single point of contact for Data and Analytics Partners and practice professionals on all matters related to KM, knowledge sharing, and collaboration including identifying means to continuously improve knowledge programs and solutions.
Establish strong relationships with service line partners and practice professionals to identify KM needs, requirements, measures of success and obtain participation in the program
Participate in developing a global perspective on approaches to knowledge sharing and collaboration while coordinating to help ensure local and national needs are met
In conjunction with the Advisory Knowledge Lead define and manage service levels, critical success factors, and maturity model targets for the Data and Analytics knowledge program(s)
Work with other KM professionals and the Portal development team to manage the rollout and deployment of initiatives as required. Examples include engagement information messaging, Portal user requirements gathering sessions, ad-hoc collaboration initiatives etc

Qualifications:

Minimum six years of project management experience in the areas of knowledge management, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within a professional services firm or similar environment
Minimum three years of supervisory experience leading a team within a functional area
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Strong understanding of service line business strategy, content areas, and key offerings
Strong understanding of content management and content strategy principles including channel management and UI design
